Cancellation Policy

Frecuencia Events refund policy is as follows:

All tickets are transferable, in writing, up to three days before the event.

• Free cancellation is allowed within 48 hours after registration

• Cancellations no later than 15 days prior to the event. A 10% processing fee applies. Please allow 30 to 45 days for refunds to be reflected.

• No refund for cancellations less than 15 days prior to the event.

• Tickets are non-refundable once Attendee joins the networking tool.
